U.S. citizens may enter Germany for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay. ... You may be denied entry into Germany or have your travel disrupted if your passport does not have sufficient validity.
Yes! Although we ask that you apply for a passport as soon as you identify that your child is traveling to Germany. Passport processing takes between 6 to 8 weeks, however, if you choose an expedited service*, you can receive a faster processing time.
*Germany Youth Tours is not responsible for delayed passports, as your child must have a valid passport prior to traveling.

2. Fill out the registration form (student or soccer) ; must complete for each child
3. Wait for Germany Youth Tours staff to review the application. We must verify: application information + eligbility,# of staff to child ratios, and booking space.
4. Once approved, we'll provide you the registration login to begin registering your child/children + parents.
5. Submit payment + preliminary travel documentation
6. Await Germany Youth Tours Booking Confirmation to your email
